Instruction to the operation of hand chain hoist for mining use

　　As Yudiao brand hand chain hoist is widely used in mining, there are some matters should be paid attention to as follows:

　　First, the ways to lift the object should be chosen according to the shape and weight of the objects. If it is in irregular shape or weighs over 5 tons, it must be lifted by fixing more than two parts of it, or by the hoist of which the rated load is two times of its weight.

　　Second, if it needs to lift on spot, the construction unit should draw up lifting measures or specialized regulations according to the specific circumstances.

　　Third, there should be a professional personnel to check the hoist before use to make sure that there is no rust and other defects of the disc gear and friction plate and there is no deformation and rust of both the load chain and hand chain while they can run flexibly. Besides, make sure that the covers are fixed and not missing, the hooks are in good condition, and the pin roll is secure.

　　Fourth, lifting rigging such as shackle, anchor chain, wire rope sets or others should be used when lifting. The length of wire rope should meet the standard and the safety factor should be over 6 times. And other rigging should also be checked before use to make sure it is secure.

　　Fifth, the lifting point of the hand chain can not choose the permanent support such as anchor, steel, metal mesh and so on.

　　Sixth, the construction spot and its surroundings should be checked seriously, and cleaning up work should be done to make sure there is non relative things can effect the operation of the hoist.
