Load Chain of Electric Hoist Has Reached A New High

　　The load chain is one of the most important components of electric hoist, the main material of which is 20Mn2A, and it is up to the standard of G80 in China domestic market. The chain is made after a series of process including heat treatment, quenching, welding, intercept correction and others.

　　A set of German automatic chain production line was introduced by our company to ensure that not only the chain can be pleasing to the eye, but be no less than 2.5 times of safety factor when tested and 4 times when used. Also, our lifting chain meet the standards of national lifting industry in its rigidity, malleability.

　　Yudiao Warm Tips:

　　The hoist should not be used after welding or cutting by youself while it is strictly tested before exworks because on one hand the original load capacity can not be guarranted, on the other hand it is likely to have chain jamming when the intercept is changed after the welding, both of which will cause dangers.
