　　1. it is strictly prohibited to overload and must be operated by human instead of other power. Before use to be sure that the machine intact, transmission parts and lifting chain lubrication is good, idling normal. Check the upper and lower hooks before hanging up. Do not worry about heavy objects such as cutting ends.

　　2. The lifting chain of explosion-proof chain block should be hung vertically with no twisting. The lower hook of the two-fall lifting chain can not be reversed. Operator ought to pull hand chain standing within the same plane with the chain. When pulled clockwise, the load will be raised, otherwise, it will be lowered. No one should hang around the operation area in case of accidents.

　　3. The hand chain should be pulled smoothly no matter raising or lowering in case chain skiping or jamming. Operation should stop immediately if tension of the hand chain is found abnormal. Maintenance method: after use, the chain block should be cleaned and greased, then keep in dry environment. Avoid assembling and disassembling by those who do not understand those work principle of the chain blocks.

　　4. The chain block should be tested without load to make sure it can work normal with reliable braking system after the maintainance. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. Brake parts should be checked regularly to prevent brake failure thus causing load falling.
